These are possible causes.

1. Conditions for Refund / Return Eligibility  

To be eligible for a refund or return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

 

Return deadline: You must contact us and request a refund within 7 days after the item arrives.

 

Item condition: The product must be unused and unopened, and must include the original item and every accessory (box, warranty card, accessories, etc.) exactly as you received it.

 

2. Non-returnable Items  

The following products cannot be refunded or returned:

 

- Items that have been damaged, soiled, or deteriorated through customer use or age.  

- Returns sent after the 7-day deadline.  

- Consumables, personalized items (name engraving, etc.), opened retail software, or any other goods whose nature makes return impractical.

 

3. Refund Process  

The procedure is as follows:

 

Step 1: Notify us  

First, contact our customer-support team at:

In your message include: your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

 

Step 2: Receive approval and instructions  

After we confirm that the return conditions are satisfied, we will send you an approval e-mail together with the return shipping address.  

Please do not send anything back without our authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

Step 3: Ship the item back  

Follow our instructions to return the product. Pack it securely to prevent damage or loss in transit.  

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

Step 4: Inspection and refund  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and start the refund.  

Refunds are issued by the same method used for the original payment (e.g., credit-card refund to the card used, PayPal refund to the PayPal account).  

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take several days to several weeks to appear.

 

4. Refund Amount  

We refund only the product price. The original shipping fee and the return shipping fee are non-refundable.

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged/defective item or the wrong product, please contact customer support immediately.  

In these cases we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

 

6. Exchanges  

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer support. Exchanges are possible only while stock lasts.
